Pilot Privacy Notice
This short notice exists for the private pilot while the full policy is finalized.
Private pilot scope
Zimzora is currently operated as a private pilot. Access is invite-only, and pilot usage may create production-pilot records in Zimzora services while we support onboarding and product evaluation.
What we handle
We process account information, organization details, support messages, and product telemetry needed to operate the pilot. The desktop Companion is designed so selected local files remain on the user device unless a user takes an explicit action that sends data to Zimzora services.
Pilot waitlist
If you leave your email on the landing page or in the Companion install card, we store that email address, the platform you chose, the page it came from, and a record of the consent wording you agreed to and when. We use it for one purpose: contacting you about pilot access. Addresses are held as unconfirmed interest until we introduce a confirmation email. We delete waitlist addresses we have not contacted after 12 months (enforced automatically), and sooner on request — email hello@zimzora.com to have yours removed at any time.
